My guess would be it's about changing anti-freeze/coolant and venting any air in the system after doing so.

Possibly a move to the Francophone section of this site might be better...

Pour le sifflement , tu peux tenter de démonter le montant et vérifier qu'aucun des clips ne soient casses ou manquant ..

Vu le prix , hésites pas à les changer si besoin..

Je te récupére le pdf pour changer le vase d'expansion du lDR.. Marco.
