Sorry, I do not want to sound extra daft, but could you possibly point out the nodules/points where you put the grease?
Is it the 'nose' next to the bottom left number 7 in this picture?
Thanks! Up to now I suspected the CV-joints as source of my clunking on the front left (LHD) but I shall try applying grease as soon as I find where to put it

I only have knockings when in off-road height and fully turn the steering wheel left I think, that is understandable since strain on shaft joints are high in this position. Besides, I don't use off-road that often anyways. So... I am good on that.
BUT..... I like the idea of greasing these said stoppers, please, could someone hugely help by point to the specific points to grease up, perhaps with some photos or so?

I stuck some grease on those and the adjacent section on the knuckle.
