There were two settings to change with the Faultmate on my D3. Had to enable the cruise control and put a digit next 'resistive ladder' if I recall correctly (think number 1).

Having had a conversation with Geoff I am fairly confident we (by 'we' I mean Geoff) has this sorted. It's now just down to finding the time to get his faultmate plugged in to my D4.

We also realised that we'd met before when I had my tyres fitted at AJS back in May last year, good to put a face to a name.

Thanks everyone for your input.

Hi folks

First off all I would like to wish all of you a happy new year ! Very Happy

Second I would like to ask again for some support. I have installed the cruise steering wheel switches and tried to activate it via my MSV-2. I changed the settings in the CCF/Power train under Cruise control Config to "Speed control is fitted", in the ECUD/Power train from "undefined" to "Cruise control" and after testing it with no function in the CCF messages/ warnings the spped/ Cruise control displa type from "no speed control display" to "standard speed control full display"

As FLACK wrote there are 4 settings to make. Which one have I missed Question Are the other settings i have done right Question

Regards
