Difference in racks

Took delivery of my new D3.

I asked for the G4 expedition rack to be fitted,the one i have doesn't have a lined floor or the cut outs for the light,is this right or do i have the L/R expedition rack Question

Help and maybe part numbers would be geat. Bow down Bow down

 Its not the height of the fall but the sudden stop at the bottom that hurts!!

That's an Expedition rack, not a G4 one. I don't think you can buy G4 racks new, just second hand from G4 vehicles?

You'll find the dimensions posted somewhere on the site, I think.

The G4 flooring is in 2 sections (split lengthways)
 Long succession of Disco's since 2001...
SIII Lightweight - neglected & rusting. Bulkhead, A panels, vent panel & outriggers now disintegrated - Next years project!

Do a search on here. Devon 4x4 were doing New G4 racks as an offer on disco3. co.uk. Floor and light cut outs make it a G4 rack, otherwise it's an Expo Rack. HTH.

I wanted an Expo rack with floor - would seem you can't get the best of both worlds Embarassed

I've got an Expo rack, no cut-outs, with G4 flooring. You just have to wait for CFB's monthly car swap and then buy the bits you want Wink

proper G4 racks are not available from dealers

as already said if you want G4 the Devon 4x$ do them or PM Disconutter as he made an alloy floor for his and made instructions on dimensions
 TLO has left the building.......
