Disco 3 lit up like a christmas tree

My nephew had the parking brake thing changed under the back end along with discs pads and shoes.
Car now has every light on the dash lit up and temp gauge goes right up hazards flashing.
It will not start or even turn over the only thing it will do is lock/unlock.
Worked on cars all my life but this is alien to me as i am old school.
The guy who did the job has sent the scan pictures below.
Any ideas would be gratefully received.
Car is a 2005 v6 2.7l
Thanks in advanced.

Sounds like faulty/broken CAN bus wiring.

Thanks for the replies.
We did try the battery disconnect and shorting the cables together but no change.

CAN bus broken. Could be at the connectors on the left of the chassis (rear of left hand rear wheel arch).

Connect up the old park brake module instead of the new one and see if it fixes the issue. No need to change the actual module for this, just move the connector.

As mentioned the symptoms are consistent with HSCAN issues, if these occured directly after changing the EPB module, either the new module is faulty (there are cheap copies around that does not seem to work well and also there are different variants for D3 and D4 respectivley) Other option is that related wiring was disturbed/damaged during the change.

!00% he has disturbed something connected with the high speed can bus side of things!
And as already suggested, take a look at the connectors at the rear passenger side wheel arch. Thumbs Up

Looks like a CANBUS issue, as already advised check connectors but don't overlook instrument cluster. A friend of mine had his cluster fail with no warning and the symptoms are pretty much the same.
