ebay madness again
noticed this D3 cubby box tray on fleebay (120368920998). Now at £21 with 3 days to run. I thought these were only about 10 or 12 quid from the stealers.

Or in the "its on ebay so it must be cheap" mind set.
A few years ago I was selling something on Ebay, description and phots showed it to be in somewhat less than pristine condition, so I put it up dirt cheap on a 7 day auction. First couple of days all was sensible, the two idiots started a bidding war with the price ending way over the list price (nearly treble) in a matter of hours. I contacted Ebay who said "pull it, and say why", so I did, with three days to go. the two winged like crazy, until I pointed out that they were being stpid and could buy a new, unbroken one for considerably less than they were bidding for a somewhat damaged one and I didn't want the negative feedbac (despite the pics and descrition I'm sure the winner would have dumped on me when he saw the state). They were convinced that "because its on ebay it must be well below list", well it weas until they started trying to out bid each other........ thick, or thick?Rob Smith

I know, do folks leave their brains behind. Two years ago, I sold an awning annex. I had a buy it now of £110, but two bidders took it past this (it then disappears) and onto 125quid. Why didnt one of them (as they obviously wanted it) hit the buy it now when they got close, and bagged it for themselves. Idiots.
