After almost a year of trouble free motoring, had two strange things happen this morning - don't know if they are connected, or not. Firstly - came to reset computer display and found it wouldn't scroll through the various displays - was locked on mpg. After a few miles, decided to stop and re-start engine and that seem to cure that problem. However, a few miles further on found that drivers window wouldn't open and close in the 'one press' mode - had to keep pressing the button to open/close the window. Strangely, this seemed to cure itself after a few more miles. Were these just glitches or does it indicate something more serious in the offing. Anyone got any ideas, please? I was taught to be cautious.

Low Battery perhaps ?? Seems like a stock answer I know but low voltage can cause all sorts of issues 21 year LR veteran > D2 GS 2003 > D3 S 2006 > D3 HSE 2009 > D4 HSE 2013 > D4 HSE 2015 > D5 HSE 2018 > DS HSE R-Dynamic P300e 2021

DG - thanks. That was my first reaction, as well - but it starts OK and there are no other indications of low voltage.......but it would explain why the problems went after a few miles. Off to find my test meter! I was taught to be cautious.

Windows can loose their one touch settings for a few reasons, holding the button up (or down) for a few seconds is the correct procedure for sorting them out. ISTR there's a bit in the handbook about it The End

Thanks Slimer - that probably explains the second problem sorting itself out because I did keep my finger pressed on the button when it didn't work properly. Feel a need to re-visit the handbook coming on I was taught to be cautious.
