Front runner shipping question?

I ordered some bits from Front runner, 3/4 of the parcels were delivered the fourth wasn't! When I checked the UPS tracking there is an outstanding amount of £451 to be paid!
When I ordered it stated on the top page free shipping over £250 I have since checked much further down the page and into the postage page, its states within the UK? Is this customs chargers??

If so everthing is going back!

I think you want to read this page https://www.frontrunneroutfitters.com/en/uk/shipping-policies and have a chat with them before you do anything hasty.

Sometimes taxes, customs and VAT are pre-paid by the shipper, sometimes it’s the recipients job. Depends on what you purchased and on what terms (incoterms).

My orders meet all there criteria and no charge should be applicable, I've sent an email hopefully this will be rectified!

Front runner, just replied, an error on, UPS system, remaining parcels arriving Very Happy today

Very Happy Well..

Full-length rack
Two pro forks held bike carrier
SUP board carrier
Two expander chairs.

Fingers crossed they should be on the car by the weekend ..
