Fumes in cabin

Disco 4 3.0SDV6 Commercial

It has a strong smell of fumes in the cabin, been investigated by a local specialist prior to my purchase, no fault found, taking it elsewhere Monday to see if they can help.

Any ideas of what to test, common or hidden places to look?
