Heated seats ccf setting
I fitted my new electric heated seats yesterday - very straight forward- 6 bolts and job done. Heated seats working but it's not showing the heat strength correctly on the hevac panel. The button just shows middle setting with other leds half lit
Any idea what I've done wrong in my ccf edit / install?

double checked, re flashed and downloaded ccf and it looks correct.

So at a total loss why the heated seats buttons dont light up with the heated seat strength, but the fact that they do actually work is some consolation.
I've got my other HVAC unit I could test but I doubt its that which is failing.
I must have missed a step somewhere - is there no-one out there that has done the heated seat upgrade on a GS or commercial come across this issue Stolen - D4 Loire Blue

next option to try tonight will be hard reset.
SWMBO was going nuclear this morning when she couldn't find the bar to move seat forwards for school run - had daughter run into house and tell me she couldn't reach the pedals!
I had talked through that we now have electric heated seats and showed her where the contols are - i've given her some stick over that one already Stolen - D4 Loire Blue

Hi Beanie,
no not sorted - heated seats working fine but still don't see heated strength. I take it you only added new buttons and not a whole new HVAC unit?
When I've got time i'll put in the HSE HVAC unit that I got my buttons from to see if that works but still confused by it all
I did find a VIN for a factory 2013 GS with heated seats to compare CCF to but the only potential difference was the "Reserverd [sic] for entertainment option 4-2" setting ... which didn't make any difference when changed - any chance you can pm your VIN so I can compare mine to yours?

Another thing - looking at your picture ... I wonder if it's because I installed my front parking button instead of blanking plate. I'll try removing that to see if that cures it (the parking LED did go red you remember when I activated front parking sensors for your test) Stolen - D4 Loire Blue

No I fitted the lower HVAC panel / unit complete , just swapped over the eject panel as the slots didn't align, it's off an earlier car I think , sadly there was no PDC switch

GS hevac board is different!
Ok, so turns out ccf setting were all ok
Finally got some time to take it all apart today and noticed my GS board didn't have the orange lights to show the heat seat strength so much for thinking they are the same boards
I've dropped my HSE board in that I sourced my buttons from and it's all working perfectly.
