Is my new D4 running rough when idling?

I took deliver of my disco 4 HSE lux sdv6 3.0 today.

When the car is idling it feels like that if the car is running on choke and I can feel the vibration through the steering wheel.

Or is it my imagination?

Anyone ever had this type of issue?

I am taking the car to the dealers in the morning and ask them to look at it.

I have to say, I find mine has a certain amount of vibration at lower revs. I had not flagged it as excessive though. I think it sounds and feels more purposeful than the 2.7. It has so much more low end torque.

There is another live thread about vibration on the D4 at lower revs.
Can't post link as on iPad.

Is this when idling in park or neutral? Or when in drive? or does it make little difference?

It's very cold in N Germany where we are, and the car runs rough for a short while on starting. The low temp definitely affects starting and initial running, but that's to be expected, I think.

I am at the dealers and they said this is on all discovery. He showed me another brand new Discovery and tell you the truth the vibration was there but not so prominent as mine.

I think I need to get this car run in.

Just took delivery of my MY13 HSE this afternoon; can't say I noticed any vibration. I assume the HSE Lux has Premium Leather seats? My HSE, with premium leather, felt smoother than a previous test drive MY12 HSE.

i think i have some sort of engine idle problem as my car is idling at 650 rpm.

Does anyone know what the idling rpm should be on a disco 3.0 sdv6 255bhp ??
