if you order a car at an agreed price then that price should be honoured regardless upon delivery unless changes have been made to spec etc with your agreement. IMO you would have a case for LR breaching a contract there.

Walking away in March may not be as easy as you imagine if LR want to play hard ball. 2011 D4 XS 305 MY12 - gone but not forgotten

Most order forms (which are contracts) have clauses that allow any changes in duty/taxation and other external pricing factors to be passed on to the customer, usually with a break clause alongside it. I'd be surprised if J77's order form doesn't contain such a clause. I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.
