if you order a car at an agreed price then that price should be honoured regardless upon delivery unless changes have been made to spec etc with your agreement. IMO you would have a case for LR breaching a contract there.

Walking away in March may not be as easy as you imagine if LR want to play hard ball.

Most order forms (which are contracts) have clauses that allow any changes in duty/taxation and other external pricing factors to be passed on to the customer, usually with a break clause alongside it. I'd be surprised if J77's order form doesn't contain such a clause.
 I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.

Leaving yourself liable for changes in legislation/duties/taxation could be ruinous.
