Leaking drivers door seal - what's going on here?

I can't quite figure this one out... I seem to be getting water ingress through the bottom of the drivers door seal.

The rubber looks in good condition but it's wet on the outside/inside and soaked the velvet and a bit of the carpet... anyone else had this?

I've checked and remediated all other documented leak points, drains, a-pillar holes, windscreen shroud etc etc etc.

I am going to remove and silicone the seal back on a guess?

Worth checking door harness . Im my case, water was entering through door harness seal and then dripping down pass the door seal onto the scuff guard and uttimetly wetting the carpet. You would have to take the door card out and investigate wire harness for water ingress. Mine was full of water inside as the harness liner was partially open on top letting window gutter gutter in . Water can also enter the harness from A pillar and come up the door when the wires exit to supply power to front speakers.
