MSV-2 Cant do input tests on HVAC - "UNKNOWN FUNCTION" error

Cant get the Heating and Ventillation to perform any input or output tests on my MSV-2.

Getting this error message.

Have contacted BBS, but thought will post here and update with solution when i find one.

Server has V1.31 HVAC software module.
Explorer version 1.33.

Input tests: i get an instant "UNKNOWN FUNCTION, PLEASE CONTACT BLACK BOX SOLUTIONS".

I can access the settings page ok and see the ecu hardware and software numbers, so it is able to communicate. New Engine - Fitted with body on...
