| Multiple faults - P0003 code and limp mode |

Morning everyone
I have an issue with my Disco3 which is infuriating as there does not seem to be any consistency as to why it happens. It will not happen for weeks and weeks and then I will get a spate where it will happen every day for a week and then stop again. Car starts fine but when driving the "3 amigos" will illuminate, car will drop to access height, there will be a loss of power and then i will get transmission fault. I can clear the transmission code 3-4 times and then it will stay off. I will stop the car and switch off. Then later I will get the same issue. I have noticed that at the same time as these issues I get a p0003 code, Fuel Volume regulator Control - circuit low. I have changed the fuel filter and have diesel from different suppliers, supermarket and premium brand, and this does not seem to make a difference. I'm just looking for some pointers on where to start. I have had the battery checked as OK and the alternator has been tested in car. Is it worth getting it bench tested to give me a base line?

I had this for a while and it turned out to be the compressor. Multiple warning lights on the dash and lowering to access level, would be fine for days and then just drop out of the blue while driving along with all the lights on the dash on. Replaced the compressor and has been fine for +6 months now

Could be that. Did you get the transmission fault as well?

A little update. not had chance to do any diags as been away for a few days. Come back and car will no longer start, turns over but won't go. Noe getting code p0003, so am i looking at the hpfp?
