What is the part number I use to order the two piece clip that holds the Side Shield - Land-Rover (KRN500042) in place?

I need item #6 in the image from the Land Rover online parts places

I did need to translate from Russian, but technology prevailed. The parts were ordered from a North American source that had them in stock. (faster shipping)

Another good place to check part numbers in English is the JLR classics site - its linked from the main landrover site as the D3 is now considered a classic vehicle by JLR

The benefit of using that is that it is all updated and will normally show you the other vehicles the same part has been used for
