| Off road and warranty question... |

Considering that that's what the thing was built to do, do normal warranty conditions apply if the failure occurs when off-roading.......ie what do LR consider "normal" use ?
Not concerned,just interested  "Better to remain silent and be thought a fool,than to speak out and remove all doubt" ?.....what rubbish...
Locking rear E-diff
RLD spare wheel protector & sump guard
Extended roof rails
Series 111 mudflaps
Black side tubes,grill and vents
Timed climate remote
Hids4u interior lights
D4 Firenze my2012 HSE
D3 Java 2005 SE manual (sold,sadly,thanks for the memories)
1966 '88 Series 2a....still starts in the morning better than I do...

That's pretty much what I thought,strangely though BMW M3 owners have their warranty invalidated if they take the car on a track ie what the car was designed for 
This is due to the higher stresses involved,and got me musing about the higher stresses involved off road "Better to remain silent and be thought a fool,than to speak out and remove all doubt" ?.....what rubbish...

Can only find one potentially relevant bit....
Warranty Exclusions:
"Damage resulting from neglect,accident,flooding or improper use"
It would be a bit difficult for LR to suggest taking your car off-road was "improper use"  "Better to remain silent and be thought a fool,than to speak out and remove all doubt" ?.....what rubbish...
