What please are these lights ??

I have been given these two lights by a friend clearing out a garage:-

They have a charging point at one end & a light along side it which shines red when charging.

Size approx - 7 x 2.75 cm. Letter "MOA" ar one end.

They appear to be designed to go in a cupboard or something similar - if identifies I might be able to find installation/operating instructions. I think I have worked it out but ....
