Removal of Fascia on which twin power outlets mounted

Does anyone know how to remove the fascia panel on which the twin power outlets are mounted immediately in front of the gear area. I want to put an additional aux socket next to the L/H power outlet. 2008 D3 HSE Stornoway Grey with Ebony Leather, towing a Coachman VIP 575
