Thanks for looking at this add, as a few may have seen, i have a green disco 3 and i thought that it would be a good idea to get a V8 one and do another for my missus. I brought the disco off a good friend of mine knowing that it was a sound base to start from but have now changed plans and my missus has a new defender instead of 'an old disco like yours'
So lets start with the car - I will add more pictures when it is light and i have cleaned it up inside.
I always wanted a V8 and waited to buy the right one for the right price. The reason i brought it was because mechanically it is sound, the engine is good and has been serviced regularly, all the brakes work, the handbrake all works, air suspension works well and it also has a sports kit on it which i think looks cool too. It comes with 18inch rims on at the moment but the 22inch stormers come with it too.
I paid £4000 for it and have used it for a week - its been sitting in the drive since getting covered in leaves or just doing nothing so it needs to be moved on to a better home.
Beige leather interior

HSE spec
side running boards
steering xenons
MOT runs out in march next year and it will need the suspenion doing before it will pass another one (as below)
the bad bits
the front lower arms need doing as its knocking and the rear uppers could do with being done too
radio doesn't work
the inside is a bit grubby but nothing a long weekend of detailing couldn't sort out
the bonnet has a dent on it and there are a few marks around the car
tyres aren't great but all legal
the underside has surface rust but to be honest nothing worse than mine and was not exactly worried about it
no spare wheel
I am not after silly offers as a car like this once the suspension has been done (still to be done) and the inside cleaned (which i am going to do) is worth 5-6k plus and it is a cracking base vehicle to start from. I chose it for a reason but have changed plans and it is sitting there doing nothing.

Yes that annoyed me, despite my dibbs and willingness to wait for the owners return from Canada you somehow got in there before me.
Anyways karma has ways of reordering these little annoyances in life
