Shark fin removal - any ideas???

Hi all,

I need to remove the shark fin off a D4 with a glass roof. I’ve not found any clear info on this so any advice is welcome!

I assume the plastic fin is bonded to the roof with some VHB type adhesive like they are on BMWs. I also assume that you cut through the adhesive using a craft knife blade....? I kinda hope that under the fin cover are a couple of fasteners to remove the electronics that lurk underneath??

Anyone any wiser??

Thanks in anticipation!!
