Steering feels very un pleasant
When holding steering wheel feels very harsh rough, no vibrating through steering wheel but above 40 seems to feel harsher and vague
Just covered 90miles and quite unpleasant
Have checked nuts and pressures all ok
Tyres general grabbers worn to 4mm which do tend to make a rub a dub noise anyway but do seem worse as more miles covered.
Any ideas thinking maybe wheel bearings as feels similar to freelander when they packed up though it has only covered 16k D4 Landmark MY16 Santorini Black THE LAST

As well as the harshness it seems very light above 40

General grabbers worn down in 16k miles????? I'd say you have a big issue!

Yes 16k is not good to be worn down to 4mm. I have the older Grabber AT2 which are now down to 3mm after almost 50k miles. Will be replacing them soon.
For a start, get your wishbone bushes and wheel alignment checked.and take it from there. Dennis

I started having a very similar problem yesterday on my D4 with GG fitted (new type) which have done 17k miles. Tread is approx 4mm.
Only other thing is my brake pad warning light has recently come on.
Steering felt very light and no feel whatsoever.
Would be interested to see how you get on & sorry I can't help.

Grabbers came on spare set of wheels I bought, knew they would only be good for couple of thousand, now replaced.
UPDATE
Had 4 wheel alignment done found offside front and near side rear out and pointing opposite directions which improved the "on ice" feel
Replaced tyres and they said front near side slight buckle as quite bit out on balance machine, seems smoother now, not quite there so will move to rear sometime
Pretty certain set of pot holes on back rd near here, had to hit it couple of weeks ago as truck coming other way, quite a clout. Had seen several cars previous weeks with punctures in same place.
Just need to test on dual carriage way or motorway to see if higher speeds ok as that was when it was most noticable D4 Landmark MY16 Santorini Black THE LAST

Any update on this? I'm still suffering from my high speed wobble and have run out of hair to pull  I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.
