Hub/Bearings sorted

Yippee No more rumbling noise

The car is nice to drive again Very Happy

I replaced the OSF HUB/Bearing last weekend and yesterday changed the NSF Hub /Bearing

Ive mentioned it before but this is the noise that the garage couldnt pint point after having it 3 days in total and me suggesting that it was the bearing.

something as obvious and easy as This just goes to show how Censored rubbish the local garage is

Did you notice any movement in the hub before replacing bearing?

Hi

Yes both sides had movement in them , when the wheel was spun the rough sound could be heard

Once the hubs was of the car it was so obvious that they were shot

Hello,

Did the left hub this week, and I will do the other one next week.

Went through the MOT 1 month ago without any problem, but sinds two months I could hear
a very small grinding sound coming from the front, but no wheel movement.

Decided to change the hubs and just doing the left one already makes a difference.

PS: as mentionned else where , I did the gearbox reset today ( very simple process ) and what a difference Thumbs Up
