Water pump

After a bit more advice guys

Would a on its way out waterpump let a lot of water/coolant out been told thats what my problem is but just after bit more info.
Also is it a big job been quoted 180 all in

Its not a big job, and if its leaking why are you asking how much?. just change it, and your quote seems a little on the high side.
