-not obligatory , even in a town under restrictions..
The level depend witch EURO norm your under (E3 etc..) I think the D3 is EURO 4.. So level 3 ...

-D4 sdv6 HSE 2012 , high beam assist , surround cam, tv , and a lot of nice stuff..

Hi Marco. Thanks, but Ithink my car is euro3/ crit dáir 4... But I'm OK now, until april 1st.
In october I do need one I am afraid ; all cars need one, even electric .. ... "E" vignet...
