| Weird clunking noise from the back left wheel |

HI All
i am getting a very strange noise coming from the left rear wheel, its quite difficult to explain, but it sounds like i'm driving over a lot of small bumps, or like a gear is slipping or something. its also not a constant noise and comes and goes. it mostly comes when i go over a speed hump or a big dip. other than than it drives perfectly fine.
any idea what could be causing this as its quite an alarming noise.

this could be the harmonic damper at the rear under side of car is loose.

its a weight that's mounted to the chassis to dampen the road sounds on the chassis it behind the rear towing eye area. hope that helps.
