I'll tell you what's wrong!!!!
I agreed a price for the ex-demo tent...never been used all sprayed in black...happy days I thought...I was asked what roof rack I have.."Prospeed" I said, they asked for pics of it so I emailed 3 detailed pics to them,no problem sir and it should only take an hour at the most to fit.So drove 90mins to them today only to be told,it's far from ideal as the security bolts on the XRS cross bars extrude too much and will foul/damage the hull of the roof tent & that it will take them longer than the hour that has been allocated and they are flat out and can't do much more unless I take the rack off the D4 myself in the car park and they can temporarily pack it,but it will need to come back to them as they don't carry any aluminium in stock to make up the difference on the bars...ffs

Chris
remembering before Andy had a prospeed rack with a hardshell tent on the roof. He had prospeed make a couple of curve cross bars to fit.
Either prospeed or Andy (Buellbeast) maybe able to help in your dilema
once you get sorted let us know your thoughts on the tent?
