EGR fault

I have a D3 2.7V6 went into limp mode whilst away with EML that cleared after a day but had a lack of power up to 2200rpm.
I had faults codes P0489 & P0490 the first code has cleared but P4090 is there and no EML
When checking live data EGR position bank 0 9% at idle and bank 1 5% when I raised the rpm bank 1 went to around 60% and bank 0 stayed at 10%. Would I be right in thinking this is a faulty drivers side EGR valve?
Thanks

Probably

Unplug the one you think is faulty
And confirm the values change to prov e you have the correct side

When I unplug them they read different so not sure which one is faulting, one is 7% and the other 0% when unplugged, after some more messing the drivers one sticks at around 30% and the other 5% but both go back to 5% when the ignition is cycled.
Thanks
