The mystery of the disappearing maps. D4 standard sat nav has lost the actual map showing. Vocal directions are fine just no map showing. Have tried resetting settings to default but still no map. Any ideas on how to restore maps onto the screen?

There are a variety of connectors on the back of the head unit, one of them being a video feed for the nav. It could possibly be loose?
I know this because I have my Apple Car play module video feed going into the old standard nav video feed. 2016 D4 HSE Lux
