Recirculation Damper Motor Fault

Evening All

Got a fault come in the vehicle which i would appreciate some help on. Looks like I’ve got a motor failure somewhere on HVAC system, any idea where this motor is? Part number to replace? Any suggestions to help any diagnosis?

Found it on the side of the HVAC unit just to the left of centre but way back under the dash. Will need top of dash removing to get to it...... 😩🤬😩 RLD CB Bracket

Did you get this resolved? I'm having the same issue with my 2013. It has gradually over the past year made different squeaking/groaning/tapping/elves humping noises until finally it gave out. It still blows hot/cold, but this past winter the defrost didn't work. If it weren't for the heated windshield I would have been screwed.

I've also got the same code from IID @ 135k miles.

Never got round to taking the dashboard apart, so just been living with it, although have the new part…. One of these days. RLD CB Bracket

Yeah, I've been living with it for over a year. Hasn't caused me much trouble since it still blows cold/hot, except for the defrost issue. More annoying than anything. I'm not really jumping at the opportunity to pull my dash apart either.
