Soft nudge bar bolts
Hi all
Does anyone know the diameter and lengths of the 4 D3 soft nudge bar mounting bolts and sleeves
These are the ones that bolt through the bumper cover and fasten the nudge bar to the brackets
I have the brackets but not the 4 lower bolts and sleeves
if GStuart doesn't reply soon, PM him. He's fitting an A-frame at the mo.

Apologises mine didn’t come with a fitting bit , plus because I haven’t fitted it onto the impact bar yet I don’t know the correct length of the bolts yet nor the length of the sleeves as of yet
Sorry about that , hopefully someone else will be along to let u know very soon what they are

Must admit have searched alot of documents and haven’t found one yet with specifications of those sleeves or exact size of the bolts

Bolt sizes:
L: 70mm with a 22mm effective thread, Dia: 8mm and 13mm head
Washers:
OD: 25mm, ID:9mm and 1mm thick
Sleeves sizes:
2 x L:48mm, OD:14mm and ID:10mm
2 x L:37mm, OD:14mm and ID:10mm

Now onto ebay to find some , think I’ll also get all of them in stainless steel
Plus think I may have found some plastic caps that go over the 4 x bolts that go through the bumper , won’t know though u til I get them but look very close

Very handy for us then, lol
Have managed to get some of the spot light mounting brackets, along with the top brackets that are secured onto the top of the grill , however I’m not sure if I’m going to fit these
Got my A bar very cheap because it didn’t come with a fitting kit plus has a slight bit of damage , going to try some textured spray paint after the repair to see by spraying the entire A bar if it will be noticeable
Sanding down wise I’m thinking if a green scotch pad will be suffice with it not being too aggressive
Ref the mounting holes don’t think I’ll drill the specified 33mm holes
