After EPB fix - new problem |
|
Hi all,
Hope someone will point to the direction i need..
Loooong story short-fixed EPB the other day. Lift the car from the jacks, droped in fuses ( Epb , self leveling..) and realised ,that car wasnt in sleeping mode 🤦, Epb works... rear air suspention-doesnt.. Basicly now it raises the front to the offroad mode ,but rear stays in access mode. Once i drive for 50-80 metres-it levels to the normal hight (front and rear..)
Did hard reset with the cable twice.
Icarsoft v2 shows following:
Longitudial acseleration sensor (live value 0.47g )
Rear left height sensor voltage 1.93 v
Rear right height sensor voltage 1.58 v.
Front left height sensor voltage 3.35 v
Front right height sensor voltage 3.60 v
Could i knocked out something during a repair or its me puting the fuse like i dont care..?
No lights on the dash..
Would be suspension calibration needed? Or its something mechanical i can do..?

Do you have 4x4 info on the centre display. If yes take a picture with front up and rear down.
You can enable it with GAP IID if you only have NAV
I would say you disturbed something at the back.
Very odd. Not heard this before
Were those voltages with the rear down ?

Anyone else with experience please chip in
And what happens when you press button suspension up ? Does rear rise ?
Also Does it reach off road height if requested ?

😁👍
Doesnt respond to any raise/lower swiches.
Ill try to read live data for rear height sensors, once it levels itself while i drive...
Im getting full brakes change (discs, pads, shoes etc..) next week, fingers crossed i will knock it back 🤷.

Sorry to bother you,
Can i ask ,-how crucial it is to place the EPB box to vertical position to operate correctly and that includes cars self leveling correction?
