Discovery 3 cut out

Hi,

I have a 2005 D3 Tdv6 2.7. when the wife was driving it this morning to the farm she hit a pot hole and the car cut out and restarted fine.

Can anyone give me an idea as to why it cut out ?

Was it just me expecting to see a cardboard cut out of a D3 so you can pretend to have a decent car after you’ve bought say a BMW? Laughing

The problem could be many things but I’d start with looking at a loose battery connection (or fixing) … I want to see the sweets before I get into your windowless van... I'm not stupid!
