Voltage at height sensors

Hi
Have suspension woes,
is the voltage at the height sensors different with the engine running,as my Autel tool shows voltage at all corners between 1.75v and 2.2v have read in the forum that it should be at least five volts.i know I could start the car but following the id tool information I can't do this as the readings would be correct and misleading.
I have fitted a new front air block all seemed all ok then I got the usual suspension light and suspension drop.
Restart then ok for a few days.
Going to replace rear air block and amk pump block and solenoid today I hope(temperature permitting 44⁰) in drive yesterday normally it the rain lol.
I have attached a picture of the values.

Yes the Autel tool is capable of all suspension diagnostic and adjustments, just needs to get your head round the system operation.

If you measure the voltage at the sensor with a meter it should be 5V or 4.5v

What you are reading there is the voltage in relation to height.
So access maybe 1v.
Off road maybe 3v

Ok great thanks will check that later.
Any tips how to get over a damaged thread in the air block supposed to be new but seems the thread is particularly striped.
Connection will just about tighten but not what I call right enough,I do know that there's is a rubber o ring and the unions do not need that much force to tighten for a airtight seal and it did not leak when tested on the car but not to happy about leaving the air block with a dodgy thread.
In my mind should by another but thought I would ask if any tips to help secure the thread first
Thanks
Pete

Hi

Have u tired putting a few wraps of PTFE on the threads and then bubble testing them after, did have to do that on some of my old valve blocks

Then when I fitted new valve blocks I also replaced the voss connections with brass pushfits and also added a few wraps of PTFE as an extra precaution to leaks , can see where I added some in the second picture after using some soapy water

Hope that also helps

Will try that thanks
Those brass push fit fittings you mentioned seems a good idea, sounds a stupid question but I presume the existing air pipe will be used and pushed in the brass fixture then tighten.
I have seen other replacement types of fittings with two air pipes and some other connector and it seems a bit bulky and not to sure if it's a replacement or just an air pipe repair come joiner.
