Vibration

Hi please has anybody any ideas. My 2007 Disco 3 sometimes vibrates through the steering wheel. I have had the front wheels rebalanced and the suspension arm bushes checked by my MOT station. Who said some play but not enough to fail MOT.. When it happens it is like "tanking" on a motorbike.Any suggestions please
