| Rear Heater Matrix Leaking |

Hi all, I'm losing coolant from my rear heater matrix (2006 D3 HSE). The connecting hose between the pipe and the heater matirx has a split and lost its hose clamps, presumed rusted away.
What kind of hose do I need to replace this?
What size is it?
Where do I get it from?

Just universal coolant/heater hose, no diea on size but you can measure it when you remove it, 15/16mm id is normal heater hose.
