Was quoted this on my 57 plate XS currently sitting at 57,000 mile. Any thoughts?

4 x £137.50 quarterly interest free (interest free over 10 months is no longer an option)
Main dealer repairs
13 months cover
Emissions and Airbag upgrade included
£50 excess
Betterment clause removed
Off road use clause removed
The longer term cover would include the same benefits as above and would be on the following basis:
25 months cover £1000 = 4 x £250
37 months cover £1425 = 4 x £356.25

Which policy type; luxury, extra care, etc... ?
I paid just under £1600 for a three year Extra Care policy:
Franchised dealer labour rate
£0 excess per claim
No parts contribution (no betterment option)
Airbags and emissions cover
Off road use covered
Genuine parts only (no reconditioned and no cheap replacements)
ICE & SatNav cover
I'd get the £50 excess removed, may put the cost up slightly but not significantly. You'll pay the excess on every claim and if you claim for two unrelated things at the same time they'll treat them as separate claims and you'll pay the excess twice, those £50 excesses will soon add up..... The End

Sounds pretty good to me, mine was £200 more for 2 years but at 92k miles.

Ace, sounds brilliant to me, best I could do today was;
3 years for £1800;
Extracare cover with;
Dealer repair (unlimited hourly labour rate and genuine parts only)
No betterment clause
Airbag and emission system cover
No off-road exclusions
Excess £50
No 90 day lead in clauses (I have a JLR Select warantee just finishing, so qualified for no 90 day clause)
I'm pretty happy with the outcome.
