We have a 2016 LRD Sdv
They changed the mirrors on that model
Can you supply clamps that are suitable for my car
Please quote for large towing mirrors with clamps for my car
Further to your email i can advise that our grand Aero 3 mirrors will fit perfectly fine.
These mirrors come in either flat or convex glass of which is your choice that you would prefer.

Purchased some grand aero mirrors last year and the clamps fit nicely on my 2015 D4. I've found I had to losen all of the fixing screws each time and ensure the clamps are pushed all the way back. Also the distance between the clamps is less than on my older D4 otherwise you run into trouble. I'll take a photo and post it tomorrow in day light. Drove all the way to south of france and back and they didnt move, even with the extra wide bars (8' van) and some contact with hedges. Photos to follow

Given the popularity of LR vehicles for towing, you would think that JLR would have developed optional electrically operated extending wing mirrors for their cars by now, save a lot of faffing about

Hi Russ - there are some pics in my gallery - dont know if they would be of any use. Now I am using the wider Milenco arms to see around the 8ft wide 'van I have the clamps fitted at the top of the door mirrors.

Milenco now do a Land Rover mirror pad to fit the original mirror clamps and I must say they seem far better. I am using them with inner tube on the ficxed part and they seem very very good and certainly secure.MY17 D5 1st Edition Namib Orange

They have a subtle ridge/angle in them and are totally diffrent to previous ones. Will take a picture when home later and post.

Ahh - so that little ridge sits in the grove between the front of the mirror casing and the back (or part facing the front of the car) part of the mirror housing.
Fair enough.

Does anyone have any experience with these type of extendable tow mirrors?
I've just brought a caravan, so am interested in these. There are a few options on Ebay.
It's a pity they don't have the de-fog heater option. Also I don't think they have the motor to fold in, handy for the supermarket car park. Looks like they may fold in by hand?
