Trim removal

Can anyone tell me how to remove the trim between the drivers footwell and the steering wheel? I've had a quick look in the dark tonight and could see no obvious screws / clips. I want to run a cable from the top of the dash by the A pillar and pick up a 12V supply from somewhere around the ignition.

I did try searching the forum but it seems I'm not very good at that in the dark either Embarassed

If your looking for a supply, pull the headlight switch out (it just pulls out) and you can find a permanent 12V supply on there. This is what Land Rover suggest you use for the Webasto timer.

You can reach up there to route the cable from the footwell.

That's sounds easy, thanks. I'll take a look tomorrow. Is there an ignition live to that switch too?

I believe so, but not sure of the colours, you will need to use a multi meter.
