turbo whine

turbo whine

Hello! I started noticing a new noise for some time now, when over 2000rpm there is a meow or whine from the turbo (I guess) that definitely wasn’t present before. While checking the steering knock I asked the dealer about this and he stated that it is normal to hear the turbocharger in function and that I didn’t pay attention to it before… Please tell me if you can hear this noise too. Thank you!

I would say so, I can hear my turbo. Its not loud but there is a high pitched whine. Could even be a whistle. Just a little one though Wink
