Was a WD customer for 3 years when I had my D3, must say I don't have one complaint to make about them and like Derek I've had loads of claims.
Once my D4 is out of LR warranty I will definitely be going back to WD (extracare (was extricate) and no betterment Wink ) 2004 Discovery 3 - gone
2006 Discovery 3 - gone
2008 Discovery 3 GS - gone
2011 Freelander LE Special Edition - gone
2007 Discovery 3 XS - gone
2012 Discovery 4 GS - current
