I’d love to go out to have a look, but all Landmark on the market are more than 100miles away from me😅

It took me 5 days, sitting on the sofa with a laptop, ipad, mobile and landline phone, to find one that wasn't white.
Probably because the last run out Landmark was only avaliable in four colours - white, black and two shades on grey. .

HSE-Luxury (as above + 2nd row TV & rear surround speakers)
HSE-Landmark (The above + better leather, 20inch wheels, full length roof bars & possibly wade sensor & remote control fuel burning heater as standard) Options include 2nd row climate control via the ceiling light cluster above the 2nd row seats.
I think that nearly right? I may have mixed up Luxury & Landmark but there's not much in it.
When I was doing my searches, until last week when I went for a higher mileage HSE (Euro 6), I noticed that the Landmarks had a much higher premium compared to the HSE/HSE Luxury.
Check the 'Menu screen > Extra Features' for the extra add-ons, like Wade sensing when you go to look over a D4.
Landmark I had, remote control for the FBH was not standard, I had it fitted on the drive, you could not have 2nd row climate, they dropped that option for the runout, could have been down to the AdBlue fitting, no wade sensor either.

BTW, I tried to look at some 2016/2017 Discovery 5, as it may also fit into my budget. but seems Disco5 maybe even more problematic, aren't they?

For me Landmark all day long, residuals have always been stronger on top spec Discoveries (Hse HSE Lux and Landmark) and easier to sell, both privately and to Dealers.
In the final yr of the Landmark there was several small variations in spec, think cameras on early versions, then removed, later ones no 5 yr service plan, though that no longer relevant. I wanted a towpack which meant couldnt get cooler box in armrest. All had FBH but no remote, but pretty certain HSE Lux which preceded it did have remote. Also remeber some colours had slightly diff specs but cannot remeber what was what.
One thing to look out for in this lasy yr model, both specs, is the heating problem Landrover managed to introduce. If set to to auto heating, where it was always fantastic before keeping things warm and steady, there was a wide spread issue of it not working correctly, which resulted in constant manual adjustment to conditions or the driver feeling constantly cold.
Have vauge memory Landmark has elect adjustable steering wheel, handy if you have long legs when getting in and out as automatically lifts up / down when entering or leaving D4 Landmark MY16 Santorini Black THE LAST

Is 2015 HSE (65 plate) has same engine and gearbox with 2016 Landmark/ Graphite? I heard the gearbox and engine has a newer firmware in 2016, is that correct?

Not sure if this helps, but my June 2015 HSE car has Adblue, one of the first. It also has Wade sensing as standard and full size spare. No rear climate control was available ( not that I would have had it anyway). Electronic steering wheel control and seat memory standard.
One extra that it would be useful looking for , in my opinion, which went for on mine when I ordered is cross traffic monitor ( tells you if traffic/pedestrians are approaching/crossing behind you - useful for reversing out of spaces), and that pack includes left and right lane cars approaching/occupying - amber mirror icon flashes, cant remember what this is actually called). Useful safety feature to aid overtaking.
Cheers Gary
