Have you considers Starlink?

They now do an “RV” version.

I have not tried it & cant comment on the costs or service etc..
Maybe someone on the forum has used it?

Update

So I've purchased a Avtex wifi unit. Having the external aerial mounted by a NCC accredited engineer as need to keep the caravan manufacturer water ingress warranty(25mm hole through roof) now need to find the best unlimited data sim.
Bit peeved that I've gotta pay someone to do what I could do In 30 secs but needs must.
Anybody know any sim deals?

I've just looked back my emails from Lebara,

Great news. Your Lebara SIM is on the way! It should be with you within the next 2 days via Royal Mail.
Once your new SIM arrives, to activate it, just put it in an unlocked handset and switch on. You’re all set!
