I saw this today on an email from a doctors' surgery to a patient.
Quote:Please do not disclose, copy or distribute information in this e-mail or take any action in reliance on its contents: to do so is strictly prohibited and may be unlawful
Telling the patient not to act on their advice; words fail me ; quite absurd, why send the email at all.

I get the same disclaimer from the Local Council as well . Write to get information then the small print states it cannot be taken as the position of the Council .
