Went with Admiral too this year. Multi car. Significantly cheaper than the competition and tried A plan and NFU.

I have multi car with Admiral with wife's, daughters and the Disco and they increased the premium slightly this year. I told them to forget it as cheaper elsewhere and, magically, almost £500 came off the premium. I think I'm still paying too much but living in London you kind of expect it. Interestingly, my wife's Nissan Figaro has a 900cc engine or there abouts and it costs about the same as my Disco to insure. Bloody stupid car anyway and parts are horrendously expensive.

OK we are seeing cheap premuims but has anyone had dealing with a claim with Admiral, or tried to contact their customer services, anyone can take money, its the service I want confirmation of before I decide, but £100 saving is a £100 Lord Discotres of Glencoe

It's the money in my pocket that I have saved upfront is what I'm after, I will worry about claims, excess and service if and when that happens. Admiral have been the best offer and I'm embarking on my third year with them.
A plan were nearly there for me this time, very close but sadly not enough to make me move away from Admiral, big thanks to Clare for her effort and I will give them another opportunity next year.

As I said, I had a claim with them, it was less than straight forward and got passed from pillar to post, but they did eventually get it sorted and the price difference was too much to resist 3 Flash Indicators

I've had a claim with them before, but it was on a much cheaper car.
Their customer service team was a little bit of a pain - but no worse than any other insurer.
The Loss Adjuster chap and Assessor however were excellent and really did everything they could. In the end I got just as much as I expected out of them.
