This is what I used on my steering wheel.
Could not believe just how much muck came off the steering wheel, and how much hide care the wheel absorbed. The wheel feels so much nicer to the touch now.
I've done the dashboard top and front seats as well, though I'm taking longer over the seats, as I don't want the hide care on SWMBO's clothes...
