Thanks M3DPO, I already have 2 batteries for the D3 under 12 months old and was after a leisure one for the tintent but I had a look at Tayna anyway as you suggested
I went for this one and the d2 discount worked too. Cheap as chips

It can when others can't,
It will when others won't,
It goes where others don't.

I installed an 80 watt solar panel to the roof of my caravan and 2 x 100 amp leisure batteries in parallel. As the cold will kill a battery, its a good idea to keep the battery topped up and working all year round and while my van is in storage, its one thing I dont have to worry about. We go to temporary holiday sites with C&CC and we also have a generator should the battery bank take a hammering. Means we can go off grid a lot.

I still use my old D3 battery that came out of the car 4 years ago. I use it as a second battery for the van when camping "off grid".2005, TDV6 S, Auto, 190k miles, owned from new, V8 Brake Upgrade, Nancom Evo, RLD protector, BAS EGR blanking & Remap, separate ATF cooler, changing all the fluids ahead of time.
interesting read , the only time my leisure battery gets a charge is when it gets dragged down the road 4 or 5 times a year.
never noticed any issues but I don't rely on the 12v system , I only do fully serviced sites .
maybe that's why, alarms not an issue as it cant be stolen at home
