D3 Immobilser Issue

Driving along, all well then noticed the door open warning on dash and also hazards flashing, pulled over and unfortunately switched it off, now everything normal apart from when turning to position 2 on ignition doors locks unlock (they're already unlocked) hazards start flashing and no crank?

Any ideas?
