D3 vs D4 front air struts
I have a leaking rubber air bellow on my D3 2005 and was wondering if i can use strut from a D4 about 2014 model.
I bought a bellow from China but when spraying it with soap it is leaking and sinking down on that side.
If i cant use struts from newer D4 is there any suggestion where to get a good quality bellow since the shock are in good condition.
I would rather buy a 5-6 year old shock as on D4 than a 12-15 year old from a D3.

Thanks for the reply.
Yes i know they are physicaly the same, i just wondered if they have some different damper caracteristic since i see they have different part numbers.
If i use my Norwegian car registration number some of the online gives me the same damper as for the D4 but looking on Ebay.co.uk it seems that there could be some difference from D3 2005-2009 and to the D4 2009-2016.
I guess i can buy a used one from from Ebay for a D4 on Ebay.co.uk and just transfer the air bellow over to my D3 shock since i am sure the air bellows are the same.
Thanks.

I rather stick to original Land Rover parts since my air strut actually lasted 16 years wich i think is pretty good.
Anyway my question was if the dampers have gone through revisions over the year so i shouls select early D3 dampers rather than changing to newer D4 dampers.
