Locking rear diff was available to order on an HSE when I placed my order, but I was not offered rear air con, or rear entertainment system. RES will not be avilable for a few months apparently.
My dealer read out all the stuff that could be ordered as he put the order on........but that was back at the end of June.
September 13th. still showing as delivery date!!!! 2011 D4 Landmark, Mini Cooper SD Clubman, Range Rover Vogue SE

Yessir, but it would seem to be a dealer/TFC enabled function, and may not be enabled on delivery unless you've ticked the appropriate box on the pre-delivery sheet.

Powerfold mirrors is standard on the HSE.
All dealers I contacted (three different countries), have now confirmed that if you get an HSE with sunroof, then you can only get ONE of [rear locking diff, rear air con, tv].  As already said, this is an LR directive/decision/necessity and has to do with the total vehicle weight. 
If anyone gets a different opinion, please do let us know.

I must admit that I always got jealous when my FL2 courtesy cars folded the mirrors in and out upon locking/unlocking them.....

Its like a lot of things. For example, the auto lights on my D3 require it to be much darker than I would wish before they come on. Then you are not sure if they are on or not as there is no dash symbol to show that the lights are on. Still love the car though. 2014MY Discovery

S'funny.....I took my D3 to the dealer because I thought the lights came on before they needed to. I'd be driving around in full daylight with them on..... 2011 D4 Landmark, Mini Cooper SD Clubman, Range Rover Vogue SE
